Surki is a mixture of sugar and Calcium oxide.A dam with 155 ft (47.24 m) hieght and 1200 ft (365.76 m) length built across Periyar river in Kerala state,India buit using Sukri by British Colonial government 116 years back called"Mullaperiyar" creates disputes between Sothern satates of Tamilnadu & Kerala in India.
What happend if Mullaperiyar Dam Collapsed?
"Four Districts in Kerala become sea & Five Districts in Tamilnadu becomes Dessert".Nearly 33 lakh peoples living in Idduki,Ernakulam,Allapuzha & Kottayam districts in Kerala lose there life.Arabian sea in Kochi will extend to Mullaperiyar. Irrigation in Theni, Sivaganga, Madurai,Ramanathapuram & Virudhunagar Districts in Tamilnadu will be affected.In short if Mullaperiyar dam collapsed people in parts of Kerala die by drinking water & people in Tamilnadu die without getting water to drink.

Why Tamilnadu not under standing the fact that if dam collapsed large number of people loosing lives are of Tamil orgin.Will this dam exist for another 882 years?
